About the role

1. Core Financial Accounting and Compliance Full-Scope Accounting Processing : Responsible for the company's complete set of accounts, including general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, cost ledgers, etc., ensuring clear and accurate bookkeeping. Tax Filing : Handle local tax filings in Singapore (such as GST and corporate income tax), ensuring compliance and optimizing tax strategies. 2. Specialized Management in the Construction Industry Cash Flow Management : Receivables Management : Follow up on the application and collection of project progress payments to ensure timely fund recovery. Payables Management : Review payment requests from suppliers and subcontractors, manage payment cycles, and ensure the security of the cash flow. 3. Administrative and Support Duties Administrative Support : Assist with daily office administrative tasks, such as purchasing office supplies and managing company assets. 4. Typical Job Requirements Education : Background in accounting, finance, or related fields. Experience : Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations. Experience in the construction industry is preferred. Skills : Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and office software.
