About the role

The Lattice Showcase team at Anduril delivers immersive experiences that tell cohesive, compelling stories about how Anduril products accomplish critical missions. Leveraging Sand Table-our internal 3D visualization platform that transforms data into interactive augmented reality environments-we translate complex demonstrations into streamlined, interactive showcases for government and military leaders. We work across multiple product lines-integrating capabilities from autonomy, hardware, and software-to craft narratives that align all stakeholders around mission outcomes. Our work bridges engineering simulation and compelling storytelling: we take real-world demos running in simulation and transform them into polished, interactive experiences that showcase how our technology delivers mission success. As a cross-functional team of designers, operators, and integrators, we combine technical depth with narrative craft to demonstrate the full potential of Anduril's capabilities. As a Technical Operations Specialist on the Lattice Showcase team, you will deliver compelling and operationally credible demonstrations that showcase Anduril's technology solving real-world defense challenges. Your work will ensure complex, multi-product AR demonstrations run flawlessly for decision-maker audiences-balancing technical precision with seamless execution that builds confidence and trust.

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across the full demo stack-including AR hardware, software applications, and network connectivity-often in real-time during live presentations
  • Maintain and prepare demo equipment to deployment-ready standards, including software updates, hardware checks, and pre-demo validation
  • Collaborate with software engineering, product, and business development teams to coordinate demo requirements, timelines, and success criteria
  • Conduct testing of AR software releases and provide actionable feedback to development teams based on field performance and user experience
  • Travel to conduct demonstrations at client sites (up to 75% travel)
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide white-glove customer service to senior government and military officials
  • Strong technical troubleshooting abilities with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving issues under pressure
  • Hands-on networking experience, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and ensuring reliable network performance for demonstration environments
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, polished demonstrations
  • Comfort working independently in dynamic, fast-paced environments, often with minimal on-site support
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Must hold an active U.S. Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain one immediately upon hire

Requirements

  • Familiarity with software development workflows, release processes, and bug tracking systems (Confluence, Jira)
  • Hands-on experience with AR/VR technology, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of headsets and applications
  • Understanding of simulation technology and real-time 3D environments
  • Background in technical operations, field service engineering, IT support, or sales engineering roles
  • Military experience, particularly in technical or operations roles
  • Experience supporting high-stakes demonstrations or presentations for executive or government audiences
  • US Salary Range
  • $113,000 - $149,000 USD
