Your vision and expertise will drive operational excellence, delivering meaningful impact across the organization. How You'll Make an Impact Define and advance UX/UI vision and strategy for Spectrum's digital sales channels, elevating internet, wireless/mobile and TV product experiences Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, empowering them to deliver impactful digital journeys Drive design strategies that enhance customer acquisition, simplify purchasing and enable omnichannel engagement Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to optimize workflows, from discovery to delivery and ongoing refinement Establish AI-enabled workflows to accelerate concept exploration, prototyping and reduce ambiguity in requirements and handoffs Build scalable design systems, reusable patterns and documentation practices for faster, consistent team execution Leverage research, analytics, experimentation and user feedback to guide product decisions and improve outcomes Working Conditions Office environment Some travel required What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
