Responsibilities

Join Wilhelmsen Ship Management (WSM) as Fleet Manager - Cruise Location: Lysaker, Norway | Type: Full-time, Hybrid We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Fleet Manager to join our Cruise Management team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across your assigned cruise vessels. You will lead and support a team of Vessel Managers while working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and strong service performance. You will also act as a key link between Wilhelmsen Ship Management and our clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment with operational and contractual expectations. Your role: As Fleet Manager - Cruise, you will monitor, guide, and support Vessel Managers in all aspects of vessel operations. When delegated, you may act as Deputy Head of Cruise Management, taking on broader leadership responsibilities within the organization. You will have a strong focus on safety, compliance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement across your fleet.
