Responsibilities

  • Finance
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.

  • Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and staff activities.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Maintain confidential financial and employee information.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record retention.
  • Support continuous improvement of finance and administrative processes.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and basic statutory requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, Sage, or similar) will be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Basic payroll knowledge.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or SME environment is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with GST reporting and CPF submissions.
