We are seeking experienced nurses with strong clinical and leadership capabilities. 📍 Location: Bishan/Serangoon/Tanglin 💰 Salary: Up to $4,500/month 🗓️ Work Schedule: 4 days work week ⏰ Shift Hours (Rotating): 7:00am - 7:00pm 7:00pm - 7:00am 💼 Job Responsibilities: Perform and oversee clinical nursing duties , ensuring high standards of patient care Monitor, evaluate, and improve nursing practices and care quality Guide and supervise Enrolled Nurses and care staff , supporting their development Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth and holistic patient care Ensure Nursing Care Plans (NCP) are updated and properly implemented Participate in clinical training, audits, and improvement initiatives ✅ Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Nursing (recognised by SNB) Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (aged care preferred) Strong interest in geriatric / elderly care Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts (4-day work week) 💙 If you are passionate about elderly care and ready to step into a leadership role, apply now!
