Recruitment Consultant - Business Support

About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full 360 recruitment process, working closely with both clients and candidates across the Business Support market. Typical roles include: Administrators Customer Service Advisors Sales Execs Office & Operational Support roles The desk is well‑established with active clients across education, public sector, charities and commercial organisations, offering immediate billing potential and long‑term growth.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
• Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
• Managing compliance and candidate care
• Building a sustainable, high‑performing desk

Requirements

• Previous experience in 360 recruitment or B2B sales
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Resilience, professionalism and commercial awareness
• A genuine interest in building long‑term client partnerships
