Responsibilities
- Design and deliver role-based user experiences tailored to delivery drivers, fleet operators, and other industry-specific users.
- Lead the systems engineering effort associated with instrument cluster, secondary displays, UX, digital cockpit experience, and device integration.

Requirements
- Accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with five (5) or more years of related experience.
- 15% travel expected to support the program.
- In-person support in Oshkosh, WI or New Hudson, MI will be required as needed.
- STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in automotive field in systems engineering, calibration, or software development.
- Experience in requirements management in an industry standard tool.
- Experience in model-based systems engineering tools.
- Experience working with CAN communication and protocols.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, software or comparable.
- Expert knowledge of Jama Connect or DOORS Next Gen requirements management tools.
- Expert knowledge of tools such as Vector CANalyzer, CANoe, PEAK PCAN, or Kvaser CANKing for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Expert knowledge of MagicDraw as model-based systems engineering tool.
- Experience with OEM or Tier 1 processes and procedures.
- Experience with Ford electrical architecture and control systems.
- Experience with automotive connectivity to third party devices.
- Experience with ISO 26262 functional safety lifecycle.
