Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily duties of service staff, kitchen helpers, cashiers, and other operational employees.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including food preparation, customer service, order handling, stock arrangement, and outlet cleanliness.
• Monitor staff attendance, work performance, grooming, and discipline.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to new and existing employees.
• Ensure that food hygiene, workplace safety, and company operating procedures are strictly followed.
• Assist in handling customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Check inventory levels and assist in ordering food ingredients, packaging materials, and other operational supplies.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages.
• Ensure that all equipment, tools, and work areas are properly maintained and kept clean.
• Assist in preparing staff schedules and arranging manpower according to business needs.
• Support the management team in implementing operational improvements and achieving business targets.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Previous working experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Able to supervise and lead a team effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to handle operational issues independently.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts when required.
