Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in Client Compensation Operations processing and procedures

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- FINRA Securities Industries Essentials (SIE) Certification
- 3+ years of experience in operations roles within the financial services industry
- MS Office, with advanced Excel skills including formulas, macros and Pivot tables
- Working knowledge of process improvement methodology (Lean, Agile, Six Sigma) preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle (ComReg) functionality, BETA, Tumbleweed, and Salesforce preferred

As an Associate Client Compensation Consultant within our Client Compensation Processing Operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering expert solutions to middle and back-office operational inquiries and expediting advisor commission payments. You will have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert (SME) in the set-up of payout rules, products and sponsors, billing of fees and expenses, research and payout of advisor compensation, supporting financial advisors and ensuring accurate and timely payments. In this role, you will be responsible for activities related to the management and administration of financial advisors' commissions payments which will include working with internal stakeholders and fund companies to resolve complex commission problems and processing commission payments. Being flexible and adaptable to competing priorities will be key success factors for this position.
