Key responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership & Prioritisation Lead the divisional AI strategy, ensuring alignment with divisional objectives, enterprise direction and customer outcomes. Shape and prioritise AI use cases that deliver measurable value across the SSG Group. AI Delivery, Governance & Risk Oversee the delivery of secure, scalable and practical AI‑enabled solutions. Provide governance and risk oversight to ensure responsible, ethical and compliant AI use. Define value cases, baselines and rollout sequencing for divisional initiatives. Capability Uplift & Adoption Coach leaders and teams to build confidence, capability and AI literacy. Embed AI into everyday workflows to drive sustainable adoption and uplift. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence Act as the divisional AI advocate, engaging senior stakeholders and frontline teams across brands. Bridge business and technology to ensure solutions are grounded in operational reality. Are passionate about AI and able to translate potential into practical outcomes. Have experience leading significant, multi‑stakeholder programs end‑to‑end. Are comfortable shaping something new in an evolving environment. Have the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and frontline teams alike.
