Retail Associate, WHOOP Qatar

Requirements

• 2-4 years of retail experience, preferably in premium, luxury, or experiential retail environments.
• Strong passion for health, fitness, performance, and technology, with the ability to communicate WHOOP's value proposition effectively.
• Proven ability to deliver elevated customer service and build meaningful relationships with members.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-traffic, extended-hours retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic operational understanding, including POS systems, inventory handling, and sales tracking.
• Proficiency in Arabic preferred.
• Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.

WHOOP is seeking a Retail Associate to support the day-to-day operations of WHOOP Qatar, an experiential performance center, research lab, and store located in the heart of Msheireb. This individual will play a key role in delivering a premium, data-driven member experience, supporting retail operations, and bringing the WHOOP brand to life on the ground. The Retail Associate will engage directly with members, drive membership and retail sales, and ensure operational excellence across extended hours (12 hours per day, 7 days per week). This role reports directly to the Retail Lead, WHOOP Qatar.
