We are hiring a Clinical Support Administrator to join our TeksMed team. The Clinical Support Administrator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and efficient coordination of services. This position is responsible for managing client interactions, maintaining accurate records, coordinating both internal and external care, and supporting clinical and administrative workflows while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and care. The Clinical Support Administrator will: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for patients and staff Provide friendly, timely assistance to customers via phone, email, and in person Schedule services and appointments for clients Welcome and assist clients upon arrival to the clinic at the front desk. Maintain thorough records of client interactions, including verbal discussions and email communications Process, upload and manage medical documentation within the claims management system Ensure all patient records and documentation are accurate, complete and up to date Review and process prior-authorization requests based on established guidelines Provide timely updates and relevant file management information to all parties To be successful as a Clinical Support Administrator with TeksMed, you will need: Experience in a healthcare, clinic, or customer service environment Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with clients in person, over the phone, and via email Completion of a post-secondary education. Experience with scheduling systems, electronic medical records (EMR), or claims management platforms is considered an asset Solid administrative and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer systems Ability to communicate in Spanish is an asset.
