Fullstack Engineer

About the role

We're looking for a full stack engineer to own the product experience behind Jarmin's AI employees. You'll lead on the frontend design and implementation across our products. From day one you'll shape how customers interact with and use Jarmin. In any given week you'll be: Taking features from idea to production end to end Building the product surface where customers work with their AI employees Designing and shipping the APIs and data models behind those features Ideally you: Are genuinely full stack and comfortable owning a feature from the frontend through the data layer Have strong product and design taste. You care how it feels, not just that it works Have strong software engineering fundamentals and write clean, reliable, production grade code Turn vague problems into clear action items and ship constantly Hold a high bar and own the quality of everything you touch Love in-person team culture (we're in San Francisco) Team Culture We're small, in-person, resourceful, and building the future we want to live in We give feedback early and often, so you always know where you stand and where you're headed
