About the role
We are hiring a Partner Success Executive to join our Partnerships team in Paris ! Wellhub is officially expanding into France, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As one of the first Partner Success Executives in the country, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing relationships with our first fitness and wellness partners in the region. You will be responsible for driving strong partner retention, adapting our global approach to the French market, and building a sustainable partner network from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to take on real ownership from day one, support and grow new partnerships across the region, and contribute directly to our long-term success in France. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Paris office.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with our first French fitness partners, working closely with decision-makers to ensure strong engagement within the Wellhub ecosystem, with a strong focus on retention during this early stage.
- Manage onboarding and ongoing support via Zendesk, acting as the main point of contact for partners using our platform for the first time.
- Proactively review and renegotiate commercial and non-commercial conditions with partners, contributing to the long-term sustainability and profitability of the network.
- Coordinate with Customer Experience and Finance teams to resolve local issues and booking friction, ensuring a smooth experience for both partners and users.
- Identify at-risk partners early and implement creative strategies to improve retention, supporting a strong retention rate across our first wave of partners.
- Act as a key source of market feedback, helping adapt support workflows and FAQs to the needs of French gym owners and local market specifics
- Contribute to regional projects to improve commercial tools and partner conditions, supporting contract renewals and ongoing optimization as the network scales.
- Represent our mission in your day-to-day work, encouraging partners to prioritize wellbeing and creating a positive, professional experience aligned with Wellhub's core values.

Requirements
- You have 1+ year of experience in user-facing or partner-facing roles such as Account Management, Customer Success, or Support.
- You communicate confidently in French (native level) and fluently in English.
- You are comfortable managing a high volume of calls and video interactions, and enjoy staying close to partners.
- You are able to handle challenging conversations around contract terms and turn them into constructive outcomes.
- You're proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- You thrive on building processes from scratch and take ownership of your work.
- You are motivated by targets and take pride in maintaining strong retention and partner satisfaction.
- You are familiar with tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Excel (a plus).
- You are passionate about networking and building meaningful professional relationships.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
