Enablement Specialist Augury is looking for an Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Enablement team. This is an execution-focused role that reports directly to the Revenue Enablement Manager and exists to help close a critical capacity gap across our go-to-market organization. You will work under the strategic direction of the Enablement Manager to build, upload, organize, and deliver enablement programs and content. This is not a leadership role; rather, it is a high-impact, hands-on position for someone who thrives on building, working independently, and seeing their output directly used by Sales and Customer Success teams. Time Zone Requirement: This role requires availability during US Eastern business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET), Monday through Friday. A Day In Your Life Build and maintain training content and eLearning modules in Seismic Learning Upload, tag, and organize Sales and Customer Success content within Seismic Content Build, test, and maintain sales sequences in Outreach Create and update process documentation, playbooks, and training guides Support onboarding programs for SDRs, AEs, and Customer Success teams Assist in the design and delivery of role-based training programs Own the production of Sales and Customer Success enablement newsletters, including curating content, drafting copy, and distributing communications on a regular cadence Create and publish enablement content across dedicated Slack channels while helping organize channels so teams can easily surface the resources they need Track and report on enablement activity metrics and content usage Coordinate cross-functional initiatives under the direction of the Enablement Manager Support content refresh cycles and maintain the accuracy of existing materials What You Bring 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, learning & development, or a closely related field Demonstrated ability to build and deliver training content or instructional materials Hands-on experience with enablement or sales tools such as Seismic, Outreach, Salesforce, Gong, or equivalent platforms Strong written English communication skills; you will create documentation, training content, and internal communications regularly Ability to work independently from a brief with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable internet connection and a professional, distraction-free remote work environment
