THE JOB: As an Order Taker for In Room Dining at ARIA , you will deliver a seamless and personalized in‑suite dining experience by accurately capturing guest orders, offering thoughtful recommendations, and upselling menu items to enhance their overall stay. You will serve as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail while coordinating efficiently with culinary and delivery teams for timely and accurate execution. In addition, you will support operational excellence by reading and responding to amenity emails, ensuring amenities are dispatched promptly upon guest check‑in, utilizing VIPR to capture scheduled amenities, and creating amenity checks as needed. By maintaining a clean and organized workspace and consistently prioritizing guest satisfaction, you will help create flawless, convenient dining experiences and memorable WOW moments that reflect ARIA's commitment to luxury service.
