We're pleased to offer our hybrid working arrangement, Best of Both, with three days per week in our London office and two day s working from home. Please note that relocation support is not available for this role. Core Responsibilities Lead Partnerships - Build and cultivate trusted relationships with licensors, brands, and intellectual property partners, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle and ensuring long-term, successful collaborations. Shape & Grow the Portfolio - Partner closely with Design, Marketing, Brand, and Commercial teams to develop partnership strategies, identify and secure new licensing opportunities, grow a diverse pipeline of brands and IPs using consumer insights, market trends, and commercial opportunities. Lead Commercial Negotiations - Lead negotiation s , contract execution, and ongoing partnership management, securing commercially successful agreements while balancing business objectives , critical timelines , and partner needs. Influence & Collaborate Across the Business - Build alignment across Product, Marketing, Creative, Local Markets, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership, influencing decision-making and ensuring the successful delivery of partnerships. Drive Operational Excellence - Establish effective processes, onboarding, and partnership frameworks while proactively resolving complex challenges, mitigating risk, and ensuring contractual, operational, and brand compliance. Do you have what it takes? Relevant professional experience in licensing across a diverse array of brands and partnerships Demonstrated negotiation capability and contract proficiency Strong commercial acumen and numerical skills , with excellent attention to detail. Highly organised , structured, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. A strategic forward-thinking approach with the confidence to challenge constructively. Clear and impactful written and verbal communication skills. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels. A commercially minded professional experienced in managing a diverse portfolio across multiple brands and partnerships while delivering strong business outcomes.
