- Track engagement activity, investor interactions, and key business metrics.
- Help maintain clean and accurate data in HubSpot and other internal systems.
- Support reporting for Community Managers, Partners, and leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and the overall investor experience.
- Strategic Projects
- Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Support research, process improvements, pilot programs, and team priorities.

Requirements

- Required Qualifications

About This Role As a Community Relations Associate at Alumni Ventures, you'll play a vital role in supporting our investor community while gaining hands-on exposure to venture capital, startup investing, investor relations, and fund operations. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, relationship management, investor communications, and financial services. You'll work closely with prospective and existing investors, Managing Partners, Community Managers, and cross-functional teams to support fundraising initiatives, investor engagement activities, and operational processes. You'll help individuals navigate their journey with Alumni Ventures-from initial interest through investment and ongoing engagement-while developing expertise in client service, investor relations, venture capital, and business operations.
