In This Role You Will: Deliver pricing insights and recommendations that support outcomes for a large industry fund Build and maintain pricing models that enable accurate, data-driven decision-making Analyse and validate data to ensure integrity and strengthen pricing accuracy Communicate clear, impactful insights to stakeholders to inform strategy and client outcomes Contribute to reinsurance and product solutions that enhance value and sustainability Improve pricing tools and processes to drive efficiency, consistency and continuous improvement Apply strong analytical thinking to solve problems and deliver clear, well-documented insights Build and interpret pricing and data models using tools like Excel, R or SQL Communicate confidently and clearly to engage stakeholders and build trusted relationships Manage competing priorities effectively while delivering high-quality outcomes on time Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in all work Bring a relevant quantitative background and experience in life insurance to inform sound decision-making TAL is one of Australia's leading life insurers, committed to inclusion, and supporting the career growth of our diverse workforce.
