Responsibilities

  • Front-of-House & Registration: Greet patients, manage appointment bookings, and handle new patient registration and queue management.
  • Financial Processing: Collect payments, issue invoices/receipts, and perform daily closing of accounts. Familiarity with digital payment platforms is a plus.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both English and Mandarin is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable learning Clinic Management Systems (CMS).
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong attention to detail, especially regarding medication safety and data entry.
  • Empathetic communication style with a high level of patience for diverse patient needs.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Flexible to work clinic hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
