Vulnerability Management Specialist

About the role

Owns end-to-end Vulnerability Management, driving identification, assessment, and remediation across IT assets. Works closely with cross-functional teams to reduce risk exposure and ensure compliance. Develop and execute the Vulnerability Management Plan across lifecycle stages Manage vulnerability scans (schedule, execution, issue resolution) Perform asset discovery and ensure proper onboarding and CMDB alignment Assess vulnerabilities, evaluate risk, and support risk acceptance processes Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams on remediation efforts Lead penetration testing remediation and threat exposure assessments Maintain dashboards and deliver regular technical and management reports Drive KPI adherence, escalation, and continuous service improvements Engage stakeholders across regions and support governance activities Stay updated on emerging threats and ensure compliance with policies and regulations Key Skills Vulnerability management & security tools expertise Strong risk assessment and analytical skills Knowledge of infrastructure (Windows, Unix/Linux, Networks) Stakeholder management and communication Success Measures Timely vulnerability remediation and reduced risk exposure KPI/SLA adherence Effective cross-team collaboration and reporting
