Job Role: A competent and driven Assistant Project Manager to support Project Manager in the successful execution of the Toa Payoh Integrated Development project. The incumbent will play a key role in supporting project planning, coordination, and delivery, ensuring assigned works are completed in accordance with project timelines, budget requirements, quality, safety, and regulatory standards. To oversee and coordinate of ISH & AQC superstructural construction and finishing works. Control of offsite fabrication & delivery of structure elements. This role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and technical knowledge in large-scale integrated or mixed-use developments. He/She reports to the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Project Director / Senior Project Director and is stationed at the project site, with occasional visits to HQ for meetings. Job Description: Project Planning & Execution & Operation Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, scheduling, operation and execution of the project lifecycle from inception to completion. Monitor project progress against established timelines, budgets, and performance targets. Develop and maintain construction programmes, resource plans, and work schedules. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption. Contract & Cost Management Assist in the management of project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting. Review and administer contracts, including main contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements. Evaluate orders, claims, and progress payments with consultants and contractors. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies. Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
