Benefits

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated, persuasive, and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our Service Center team. As a Service BDC Representative, you'll be the voice and first impression of our Service Department. Your role will focus on driving service business through proactive communication and persuasive follow-up: Proactively reach out to customers to schedule and confirm service appointments Use sales and negotiation techniques to encourage customers to bring their vehicles in for maintenance, recalls, and repairs Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with a goal-oriented, customer-first mindset Overcome objections and present the value of timely service and genuine Subaru care Follow up with previous customers, missed appointments, and declined services to convert opportunities into booked appointments Collaborate closely with Service Advisors and management to maximize daily shop capacity Maintain detailed, accurate records and consistently meet or exceed service appointment goals
