Machine Operator / Lab Assistant (Eyewear) - Rotating Shift - Basic up to $2200 [R22107578]

Responsibilities

• Perform production and operational support tasks in a manufacturing environment
• Operate basic machines or equipment after training and follow work instructions
• Carry out labeling, packing, and preparation of products for shipment
• Handle manual work, including carrying cartons or items (up to 10-20kg)
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Assist in sorting, organizing, and inventory tracking
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with SOPs
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
• Willing to perform overtime or shift work based on operational needs
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Willing to do manual work (lifting, standing for long hours)
• Comfortable working in manufacturing / production environment (aircon or non-aircon)
• Able to follow SOPs, safety rules, and company standards
• Willingness to learn machine operation and production processes
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work overtime or rotating shifts when required
