We're looking for a specialist who will leverage their expertise in platforms like Intune and JAMF to build a highly efficient, integrated ecosystem that streamlines delivery and empowers our entire organization Meaningful Work From Day One We're looking for a skilled Application Delivery & Deployment Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in modern application deployment strategies, automation, and endpoint management for both Windows and Apple devices. You'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of software delivery, from packaging and deployment to maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring our systems are secure, up-to-date, and running efficiently. This role also requires a strategic focus on automating IT Asset Management (ITAM) practices within our IT Service Management (ITSM) toolset, as well as developing comprehensive reports and dashboards for key stakeholders. What You Can Expect Application & Patch Delivery: You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of software, including packaging, testing, and deploying new applications and critical security patches across our diverse fleet of Windows and Apple devices using Intune, SCCM, and JAMF . Automation & Process Enhancement: Drive continuous improvement by creating and refining PowerShell scripts and automation workflows. This will streamline the deployment process, integrate our ITSM and ITAM practices, and improve overall operational efficiency. Vulnerability & Compliance: Work closely with SOC on our vulnerability management efforts, collaborating with security teams to prioritize and deploy patches. This ensures our systems remain compliant with security policies and protected from evolving threats. Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including the service desk and security operations, as well as external vendors, to troubleshoot complex issues, manage integrations, and provide data-driven insights through reports and dashboards. What You Bring to the Table Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of experience in an application delivery, systems administration, or a similar role. Proven track record of managing software lifecycles in a complex, multi-platform environment. Experience with a formal IT Service Management (ITSM) toolset (e.g., ServiceNow, Ivanti SM, etc.) and a solid understanding of ITIL principles. Technical Skills : Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM and Intune). Strong expertise in JAMF Pro for managing macOS and iOS endpoints. Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell for automation and administrative tasks Experience working with service management platforms (e.g., Ivanti). Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to multitask and prioritize work. Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving technologies. Client Interaction : Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including end-users, IT leadership, and business stakeholders. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues. What Makes You Unique Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator or a similar certification demonstrating expertise in Intune and SCCM. PowerShell certifications or a strong portfolio of automation scripts. ITIL Foundation certification to demonstrate a strong understanding of service management best practices. Experience with: Azure/Entra ID for identity and access management related to endpoint configuration. Integrating endpoint management tools with third-party security platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for VM).
