Forecasting & Performance - Develop product forecasts, track financial results, and ensure business objectives are met. Market Introduction - Execute launch plans and manage performance at the individual product level. Pricing Strategy - Establish and refine operative pricing guidelines, including VPA structures and limits. Marketing Support - Contribute to product strategy development and assist with Bluebook preparation. Requirement Minimum degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar Minimum 5 years of relevant professional working experience. Experience in cables or sealants application is considered an advantage. Proven successes and experience in leading complex pricing negotiations with lead or focus customers Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
