Finance Associate ( 12-mth contract - S4 HANA - Month/Year end closing)

About the role

We're hiring a Finance Associate to support the month-end and year-end closing of accounts for a Research Institute. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You'll be working in a team, handling journals, reconciliations, grant utilisation entries, and audit support. What you'll actually do (day-to-day) Post and review grant utilisation entries to match grant income with expenses Support month-end and year-end closing for allocated Research Institutes Prepare and follow up on monthly accounting schedules Handle intercompany (InterCo) and intracompany (IntraCo) reconciliations Support audit fieldwork - respond to auditor queries on selected samples Assist in consolidation of accounts for mid-year and final financial statements Ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned What you must have (non-negotiable) ✅ GCE 'A' Levels OR Diploma in Accountancy ✅ At least 1-2 years of relevant finance/accounting experience ✅ Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills ✅ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) What's good to have ⭐ Experience with SAP (S4 HANA is a plus) ⭐ A good team player who can work independently when needed 👉 Apply via MyCareersFuture today!
