Anteris® Technologies is a global structural heart company dedicated to revolutionizing cardiac care. With offices in Minneapolis, MN, US; Geneva, Switzerland; and Brisbane and Perth, Australia, we have a growing and inclusive team. Our mission is to forge new frontiers in cardiac care by pioneering science-driven and measurable advancements to restore heart valve patients to healthy function. Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) technologies were originally designed for older, high-risk patients. Today, younger, more active patients need a better solution that will not just open and close but restore healthy heart function. We seek to restore healthy blood flow patterns by creating the world's first biomimetic TAVR valve, DurAVR® THV. This cutting-edge valve, incorporating our proprietary ADAPT® anti-calcification technology, is designed to mimic the natural function of a healthy heart valve. Anteris Technologies is building a pipeline of engineering talent to support the development and commercialization of innovative structural heart technologies. Our Process Development Engineering team partners cross-functionally to develop, optimize, validate, and scale manufacturing processes that support complex Class III medical devices and biologic materials. We welcome candidates across multiple experience levels who bring expertise in process development, manufacturing engineering, validation, process characterization, equipment qualification, continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and scale-up activities within regulated industries. Candidates with experience in medical devices, biologics, catheter-based systems, tissue processing, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments are especially encouraged to apply. Experience with design controls, risk management, process validation, and FDA or ISO-regulated environments is highly valued. This is an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology development while helping build scalable processes that support future commercialization and patient impact. This posting may support hiring across multiple engineering levels. Anticipated base salary ranges are generally as follows: Engineer II: $85,000 - $110,000 Senior Engineer: $115,000 - $140,000 Principal Engineer: $140,000 - $170,000 Final title, level, and compensation will depend on experience, technical expertise, and organizational needs. Eligible positions may also participate in annual incentive and equity programs.
