About the role

- Supervision of workers and subcontractors on daily site activities - Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time - Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping - Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completed works - Assist Project Manager in material and equipment acquisition - Supervise site electrical installation. - Confirm progress reports, monitor project activities - Raise purchase requisition - Liaise with Project Manager - Prepare documents for electrical testing - Rectify and repair electrical issues at site - Prepare and submit tender quotations - Submit progress claims, monitor project activities - Project planning, execute resource management and control - Co-ordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and Consultants for Building Construction Electrical Works - Arrange and monitor work progress - Monitor project costing to ensure project to be completed within budget and on time delivery . Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.
