Security Specialist

About the role

You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the Security Office at Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT), OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FACILITY. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying collateral security policies and procedures involving personnel, physical, information, industrial, or operational security programs; identifying security vulnerabilities, recommending corrective actions, and supporting compliance with DoD or SECNAV security requirements; coordinating with internal or external stakeholders to support classified operations, security initiatives, or implementation of security standards.
