Department : TRANSFER AGENCY Team : REGISTRATION TEAM Position : Transfer Agent Analyst - Non officer Mission : Perform investor account opening and maintenance and all related tasks in compliance with applicable regulations and procedures. TASK DESCRIPTION Perform investor account opening and maintenance (KYC/AML) Production of daily/monthly/ad-hoc reporting Resolution of asset manager and investor's queries Ensure the overall client's satisfaction Implementation and conversion of new clients Participate and/or own as attributed any projects (take-on projects, fund launches, mergers, new fee model implementation,..etc) ; analyse any legal / operational documents and provide feedback to the project team Fulfil additional, relevant, appropriate tasks to the senior position role and business requirements RESPONSIBILITIES / VALIDATION AND AUTH. LEVEL (see matrix) Authorized Signature : no GTAS: Registration profile Communication: answer basic question on the phone, preparation of outgoing emails, faxes... Cash payments : N/A

Requirements

• Education : Graduate or above
• Experience : from 0 to 3 years
• Languages :
