Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support; research and resolve user-reported issues.
- Triage and work tickets in the helpdesk system; document actions and resolutions.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain macOS/Windows laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.

- Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional IT experience with at least Level 2 proficiency.
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS desktop operating systems.
- Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware/software testing and troubleshooting.
- Experience with backup solutions, managed antivirus, copiers, SaaS apps, MDM, and technical documentation.
- Experience with ethernet cabling (pulling, terminating, managing).
- Working understanding of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy).
- Understanding of LAN/WAN concepts and common network devices (switches, routers, firewalls).
- Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Helpdesk experience and current CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications.
- Basic understanding of the OSI model.
