- Extensive and demonstrable experience within Experience Design
- Experience of leading large teams of multi-disciplinary designers to support decision-making, delivery and team culture.
- A proven track record of building brilliant digital product experiences
- A cross-functional attitude and strong partner engagement skills; you'll be able to build strong relationships with Product & Engineering peers and wider partners
- A strong strategic vision that aligns well to the overall business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills and prowess in effectively communicating ideas, issues, and implications to senior, technical and non-technical audiences.
- A calm and resilient approach when under pressure, and the ability to proactively identify new or potential risks and respond to emerging priorities.
