Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Site management experience in commercial or residential projects is preferred.
• Experience handling projects from design development through construction and final handover.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, interior fit-out works, and construction methodology.
• Able to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction details.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD and project scheduling software is an advantage.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Site Manager who can bridge the gap between design and construction. The ideal candidate is experienced in delivering high-quality architectural and interior fit-out projects, capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders, solving on-site issues efficiently, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the design vision. Job Scope Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site construction activities. Manage commercial and residential projects to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers. Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues with consultants and project teams. Monitor project progress and prepare regular site progress reports. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company safety policies. Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and rectify defects. Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities. Manage project schedules, manpower allocation, and material deliveries. Identify potential project risks and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper documentation, site records, and handover procedures upon project completion.
