A Cloud Sales Account Executive (AE) is a key role in SnapSoft growth strategy, a sales role focused on selling cloud‑based products or services (mainly AWS platforms) to businesses, typically in the mid‑market or enterprise segment. What You Will Do: Own full-cycle sales engagements from discovery to close, with a consultative and strategic approach to client development. Execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets with a balanced focus on new customer acquisition and account management based on customer and segment needs. Deepen client relationships by understanding their long-term strategy and proactively identifying growth opportunities leading to upsell revenue. Be a key collaborator with AWS teams to shape pipeline jointly and drive co-sell wins through weekly engagement. Act as a trusted advisor, leading problem definition and solution discussions with both internal technical teams and client stakeholders. Independently lead proposal creation and complex deal negotiation. Monitor and analyze pipeline metrics, reporting proactively to Sales leadership. Contribute to playbooks, best practices, and internal knowledge sharing. Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Sales Operations teams in order to maximize value for the customer, AWS, and the company. Mentor junior Sales colleagues and provide stretch opportunities on strategic accounts or campaigns. Proactively generate pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, and ecosystem visibility. Be a public face for the company in client-facing events and through thought leadership on social platforms. Collaborate with the Project Management Office and customer project leadership to solve escalated customer issues or concerns and ensure long-term customer and AWS satisfaction. What You Bring A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, but experience can take precedence. At least 3 years of previous experience in sales (B2B, SaaS, or tech sales) is generally required especially in the Enterprise segment. Cloud (Preferrably AWS) knowledge is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce or Hubspot) and the ability to learn technical software functionality.
