Responsibilities
- Implement Snap's commercial strategy for China, in particular through partnership with Snap sales agencies in the market
- Coach agencies to effectively deliver Snap's narrative and product positioning, the ad offerings for best market and customer fit. Collect agency demand and feedback, and giving feasibility optimization suggestions;

Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in advertising/user growth; have a certain knowledge of advertising creativity and advertising methodologies in different industries;
- Proficient in using data analysis tools, including but not limited to Excel, SQL, and Python;
- Have a deep understanding of digital marketing and be extremely sensitive to data;
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Be proactive in work, have strong learning ability
- English can be used as a working language
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Requires 2 years+ of account management experience on overseas platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok
- Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem
- Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)
- Ability to summarize insights and best practices, and share them with partners and customers.
- Passionate about Snapchat and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up
