Responsibilities
- Human Resources Functions
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Administer Compensation & Benefits, payroll processing, and ensure accuracy and timely submission
- Handle statutory submissions such as IR21 and IR8A in compliance with local regulations
- Manage employee performance processes, including probation tracking, confirmation, appraisal, and promotion

- Process applications and renewals for work passes, permits, and other employment-related documentation
- Administrative Functions
- Perform general office administration, including document control, filing, and record management
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including air tickets, accommodation, and transportation
- Organize and manage company events and team-building activities
- Handle petty cash administration and related claims
- Manage renewal of company licenses and support compliance activities such as ISO audits
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- General Duties
- Support management with ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR & Administration experience
- Cheerful, responsible, meticulous, proactive, and able to take initiative in work
- Fast learner with the ability to work systematically and complete tasks efficiently
- Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in Malay will be an advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese/Malay to effectively communicate with Chinese/Malay-speaking clients.
- Knowledge of Sage Payroll System and Whyze HR System will be an advantage
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice preferred
- Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Free transportation provided from Jurong East MRT
