About the role

We're hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to own the systems, data, and processes that drive revenue performance across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. You'll lead a team of five and report to the Head of GTM Operations. This is a player-coach role. You'll develop your team and still get in the weeds when it matters.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy & Planning: Annual planning, quota setting, territory design, and forecasting. Models that give leadership a clear view of pipeline health and risk.
  • Lead-to-Cash Process & Systems: The full revenue ops lifecycle from first touch through renewal. Clean data, defined handoffs, and a CRM that reflects how the business actually runs. If the system says one thing and the reps do another, that's your problem to fix.
  • AI & Automation: Identify where manual work slows the revenue team down. Build workflows that remove that friction. We expect this to be a genuine differentiator, not a talking point.
  • GTM Tech Stack: Own and evaluate the full revenue tech stack. Every tool earns its place against a clear outcome.
  • Data & Performance Management: Define the GTM metrics that matter (ARR, CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity). Dashboards that support decisions, not just reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of five. Set clear expectations, build capability, and hold the bar on rigor and execution.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a RevOps or GTM Ops team.
  • Pattern recognition across the full GTM system- you see what's breaking before the numbers confirm it
  • Hands-on CRM ownership, end-to-end
  • Applied experience with AI tools in a revenue context- you've changed how something works, not just explored the space
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to move without a fully defined problem
  • SQL, Python, or similar scripting ability is a plus
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • $185,000 - $215,000 base salary, plus equity
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage
