Responsibilities
- Sous Chef - TRR or Playdium
- In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Understand and effectively follow all Company values, policies, and procedures to protect and enhance the Brand and promote a positive company culture.
- Manage day-to-day culinary operations and ensure healthy and safe work practices.
- Support the scheduling of culinary staff in accordance with business demands, trends, and budget in a timely manner.
- When needed, order inventory and culinary supplies in accordance with stock levels and receive and inspect deliveries when they arrive.

Requirements

- You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- You have a valid Food Handler's certificate.
- You have 2-5 years' experience in a similar environment.
- You have knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation and principles of safe food handling and demonstrated ability to lead and direct a team.
- You have schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
- A professional diploma or food services management is an asset but not required.
