As a Sr./Group Product Manager supporting Merchant Onboarding, you will play a key role in enhancing solutions that drive adoption and increase revenue for the business. We are seeking a Sr./Group Manager Product Management - Merchant and Partner Onboarding for a player-coach role responsible for the day-to-day management of end-to-end onboarding for merchants and partners. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Director to define the strategic direction of the onboarding product experience and support the company's growth objectives. We are looking for a Sr./Group Manager Product Management - Merchant and Partner Onboarding who will: Be involved in the product throughout all stages of the lifecycle, including conception, definition, development, release, and post-release activities. Gather and analyze data on new product ideas, evaluating financial viability and market potential. Partner with product development teams on new products and enhancements to existing solutions. Ensure achievement of strategic product objectives. Play a proactive role in product planning and design to differentiate offerings from competitors. Collaborate closely with training, sales, customer support, and product support teams on product positioning, demos, and training materials. identify market needs and opportunities to enhance merchant and partner onboarding experience and create execution plans to capitalize on these opportunities. Remain connected to customers to ensure Onboarding experience continues to evolve in line with market needs and company revenue and profitability goals. Manage and report on the key metrics for the initiatives associated with Merchant and Partner Onboarding experience Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to develop our strategic go-to-market approach, roadmaps, etc. Work with R&D and Operations teams via the Epic intake processes to create operationally sound products and ensure product availability Partner with R&D and developers to enhance/evolve onboarding experience in line with overall product roadmap and vision Lead and mentor a small team, including Product Managers and Associate Product Managers. Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and delivery in a cross-functional environment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to synthesize complex topics and drive decisions across diverse audiences. Strong product craftsmanship: roadmap prioritization, requirement definition, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end lifecycle ownership. Hands-on experience with Design Thinking, Lean product management, and experimentation methods (e.g., hypothesis-driven development, MVPs, A/B tests). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and timelines with high quality. Analytical and data-informed decision making; ability to define KPIs, interpret insights, and measure product outcomes. Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders, making data-informed tradeoffs, and leading/coaching other Product Managers (directly or through mentorship). Experience writing SQL queries and end-to-end management of Power BI reports and dashboards Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English in a professional business environment. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience. $119,837.49-$191,735.98 This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
