- Share thought leadership across the team, coaching Senior Sales Executives and mentoring rising talent
- Track performance rigorously via CRM, ensuring pipeline health and forecasting accuracy

- Essential:
- 4+ years of B2B outbound sales experience, ideally with exposure to solution selling or consultative approaches
- Proven experience closing high-value and/or multi-product deals
- Excellent commercial judgement and business case development skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred), plus experience using outreach or cadence tools
- Preferred:
- Experience in fleet, payments, or financial services
- Familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN
- Exposure to strategic account planning and/or vertical segmentation
