Responsibilities

  • You work closely with Meeting Places, design and development teams, and market stakeholders to translate needs into concrete solutions and secure effective deployment and integration.
  • Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the deployment of Meeting Place solutions in close collaboration with Meeting Places and Market Leadership Teams across all countries within the market.

  • Support coordination of transformation initiation phases across markets, working together with design and development teams.
  • Create and drive improvement plans across the customer journey in Meeting Places, guiding local teams towards simplified ways of working and strong integration of solutions in both established and evolving environments.

Requirements

  • You are a collaborative and structured leader with solid experience in concept development and deployment within complex, multi‑market environments. You are comfortable working close to leadership teams while supporting local execution and continuous improvement.
  • You have:
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience within concept development, real estate, or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of managerial or leadership experience.
  • A university degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Strong ability to translate business and market needs into practical, implementable solutions.
  • Experience working across markets and with multiple stakeholders in complex organisations.
  • A structured and improvement‑driven mindset with a strong focus on customer journey quality.
