Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering or Accounting/Finance.
  • 5 years of professional experience in data management in an international industrial company.
  • Excellent PC skills: high skill in Excel
  • Quality & Finance systems (OMS & OneStream) experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong interpersonal relationships, building partnerships with key players across all regions in a multicultural environment.
  • Analysis mindset and Problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator with the ability to translate and present complex issues and solutions to support both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A visionary with the ability to utilize experience and systems knowledge to streamline and improve processes.

  • KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
  • Be the contact person with our production sites over the world, mainly Quality and Finance teams, to support them with Warranty performance monitoring and financials. Organize and drive meetings with each plant to ensure data availability and to share analysis results.
  • For every single Customer / Application / Product / Site combination, collect and analyze field warranty claims. Build and keep updated Failure Rates evolution charts (IPTV).
  • Establish IPTV forecasts (Statistical predictions) up to the end of the Warranty period and challenge Warranty budget assumptions accordingly. Identify trends and needs for adjustments. Evaluate the impact on IBNR.
  • Collect warranty invoices received from our Customers, identify disputable items to optimize costs, control Technical factors, warranty terms, and conditions.
  • Organize monthly financial rebills between plant finance teams based on received and paid invoices. Run month-end closure meetings to ensure financial alignment with each site. Go and meet key responsible persons in plants to facilitate communication and understanding of their local processes.
  • From invoice analysis, monitor average costs per repair and challenge budget assumptions.
  • Gather from Sales teams the external sold volumes and revenues, and sort them by Customer / Application / Product / Site combination. Monitor deviations from the original forecast and calculate the impact on IBNR budget.
  • Contribute to the IBNR forecast for the coming years based on Sales 2YP.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain IT tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy of the analysis despite Customer specificities.
  • Support internal and external audits while ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
