Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Accounts Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships Understand distributors & customers business needs, objectives, and challenges 2. Account Strategy & Planning Develop and execute account plans aligned to distributors and company goals Analyze data and performance to identify growth opportunities Forecast sales and track account performance KPIs Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure achievement of targets & KPIs 3. Business Growth & Margin Management Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Support contract renewals and pricing discussions Identify and drive channel and & product portfolio strategies to achieve growth targets & profitability Business development as required to achieve overall volume and margin KPIs 4. Cross-Functional Coordination & Collaboration Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, supply chain, and technical teams Ensure timely delivery of products/services to meet distributors expectations Act as a bridge between internal teams and customers 5. Issue Resolution & Service Excellence Handle distributors and customer issues, complaints, and escalations Ensure problems are resolved quickly and effectively Maintain high service standards and customer experience 6. Reporting & Insights Regular account performance reports Present updates to internal and external stakeholders Provide market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback About You We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people. Knowledge, skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline preferred. At least 10 years of relevant experience in Account Management or Business Development roles. Experience in the lubricants industry is highly preferred, while exposure to the automotive, industrial, or chemical sectors is advantageous. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales trends, financial performance, market conditions, and industry developments to identify opportunities and drive profitability within the assigned zone. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and translate insights into actionable business solutions. Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and achieving business objectives. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with remote supervision Excellent communication and influential skills Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms.
