Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual administration, and improve operational efficiency through automation, digital enablement, and smarter ways of working. Champion the use of emerging technologies, including AI, ChatGPT, workflow automation, automated triage, and digital reporting solutions to improve workflow visibility and decision making. Design and maintain operational planning, reporting, and tracking systems that provide meaningful insights and support resource planning and performance. Coordinate operational improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, stakeholder engagement, communications, and implementation. Produce high-quality operational documentation, reports, and business records while maintaining strong governance, accuracy, and version control.
