Tufts Medicine - Lowell General Hospital is currently seeking an outpatient Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiology team in Chelmsford , MA. This position will provide clinical care to patients with a broad range of cardiovascular conditions in an outpatient setting. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate, manage, and optimize treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic cardiac disease. The position focuses on improving cardiovascular outcomes, supporting chronic disease management, and enhancing patient quality of life.
