  • Standardize payroll processes and procedures across different countries to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Audit and Reporting:
  • Conduct periodic internal audits to assess compliance levels and prepare reports for management. Implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage the accurate and timely filing of statutory returns and reports, including EPF, ESI, payment of bonus act.
  • Manage PF and labour officer visits at our locations ensuring all registers and displays are maintained as per regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or certifications in labor laws or HR compliance preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Payroll automation/International Payroll, HR compliance and statutory compliance roles in India.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and compliance management tools.
  • Familiarity with Indian payroll processing, HRIS systems, and employee file management.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

As an International Global Program Manager - Payroll within our Payroll Team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing payroll processes across multiple countries or regions where the organization operates. You will ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, coordinate payroll activities, and implement standardized global payroll practices to achieve operational efficiency and accuracy. You will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements related to employee Payments and labor processes in India.
