ABOUT YOU: ● Knowledge and experience working with Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction, etc.) ● 1-2 years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) required ● Ability to work independently ● Sales driven professional with excellent communication skills ● Digital marketing experience is a plus. ● Strong reporting and analytical skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Develop and grow relationships with network and major affiliates ● Manage affiliate partners (while having an understanding of the client's business models and key industry trends). ● Problem solving with regards to sales and campaign management activities ● Responsible for maintaining and increasing the levels of sales as set by monthly targets ● Manage ongoing communication with publishers to understand key challenges and drive innovation/improvements for the business ● Monitoring and improving the performance of all campaigns ● Conduct tests, advice customer operations to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns
