Responsibilities
- As a Process Engineer, you'll play a critical role in strengthening process capability and operational excellence across our film lines:
- Process & Operational Excellence
- Provide daily technical troubleshooting support for safety, quality, and productivity challenges.

- Train and mentor operators and training personnel on new processes and equipment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, R&D, and Sales.
- Serve as a trusted technical resource in a team-based manufacturing culture .
Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering , or related discipline.
- 3-6 years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Continuous Improvement roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma , or similar methodologies.
- Proven troubleshooting, data analysis, and statistical problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to provide off-hours support for a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience with film processing and film manufacturing equipment .
- Hands-on experience in high-speed, continuous manufacturing environments.
